Deleting your Colly Portfolio data
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. Your records stay with you
Your local account, subscription records, payment and activity history, and settings live only on your own device. We can't see them and we never hold them. To delete them, simply delete your local account under Account and data security in the app, or uninstall the app and clear its data. Any files you exported, backups, migration packages, sync files and copies in your cloud storage are yours to delete whenever you like.
2. What the authorization server keeps
Only when you use purchase sign-in or restore Pro does the authorization server keep a small amount of purchase identity data: an identifier that contains no personal details, Store product and order identifiers, purchase or refund status, device public keys and their fingerprints, your device's system name, device activation status, short-lived verification records, and encrypted Store query credentials. We never keep your email address, password or payment card details.
After you delete your purchase identity, the server keeps minimal purchase identity, order, event and device revocation records so the same order can't be claimed twice and a revoked entitlement can't come back. They are never used for advertising or behavioral analysis. Data from before the deletion may briefly remain in database backups for up to seven days, and operational logs with personal details removed are kept for 30 days. Deleting your purchase identity doesn't issue a refund, and it doesn't delete your Google or Microsoft account or your Store purchase records.
3. Delete your purchase identity in the app
Open Pro, choose Delete purchase identity, read the explanation and confirm — that's it. Pro authorization stops on all your devices, the encrypted Store query credentials and short-lived verification records are deleted, and device names stored by the server are cleared too.
